PRICING. We try to keep our pricing simple. Our rates include full copyright usage, post editing, retouching, color correction, formatting and compiling your images in the format of your choice onto recordable media. Our goal is to give you a turnkey product. We want you to be thrilled with the images you receive, and to that end, we take all the necessary steps to ensure that the images we deliver look as good as possible. Please note that although we certainly are capable of performing "magic", digital manipulation is not included in our photography prices. As a rule of thumb retouching as it applies to our base "day" and "per shot" rates will not make your product look like something that it is not. As a final note, it is always best to speak to us so that we can thoroughly understand your job and provide you with an accurately written quote. Photography Rates Day Rates. ⊕ Full Day Rate - $1500.00 (up to 10 hours) ⊕ 1/2 Day Rate - $850.00 (up to 6 hours) ⊕ Hourly - $150.00 (per hour) For location photography we will always quote you one of our 3 Day Rates. Hourly increments will be billed for time spent above and beyond the quoted rate. We have a 2.5 hour minimum on all location work. All photo rates are + expenses. Studio Product Rates. ⊕ 1 photo $150.00 ⊕ 2-3 photos $102.00 each ⊕ 4-6 photos $75.00 each ⊕ 7-9 photos $ 66.00 each ⊕ 10-12 photos $ 63.00 each ⊕ 13-15 photos $ 60.00 each ⊕ 16-18 photos $ 58.00 each ⊕ 19-21 photos $ 56.00 each ⊕ 22+ photos $ 54.00 each For studio product photography our rate schedule assumes that the products, will be delivered to us and are to be shot on the same set in a like style with like lighting. All photo rates are + expenses. Specialty Service Rates. Production ⊕ Day Rate - $1000.00 (up to 8 hours) ⊕ 1/2 Day Rate - $500.00 (up to 4 hours) Production rates apply to services such as location scouting, set building, fabrication, prop shopping etc. Digital Imaging ⊕ Hourly Rate - $150.00 Earlier we mentioned that we were capable of performing "magic" as it pertains to retouching and digital manipulation. Lets say you have a prototype of a product, you need to get your advertising to press, but the final production model will have an extra button. No problem, we can take care of that. |
PAYMENT. PAYING BY MAIL: We are happy to except payments by check. Please note that payments will be made to George L Peters Jr / george@georgepeters.com We use Pay Pal for online payments so your transaction is secure. PAYMENT TERMS: Invoices are payable in full upon receipt. No usage rights are conveyed until an invoice is paid in full. Outstanding balances exceeding 15 days may be assessed a Late Fee in the amount of $5.00 per month, or 10% per month of the payment amount that is past due, whichever is greater.(MD § 14-1315) Not charging a late fee in no way surrenders the right to do so. Use of images without usage rights may be subject to legal action under U.S. federal copyright law. Expenses. Materials Most disposables are built into our rates, however there are times when we are required to buy specialty props or materials to complete your job to your specifications. Those materials are billed at cost + 5%. We of course always get approval from you before purchasing such items so that you know exactly what you will be billed.

(With today's soaring gas prices we can only give you so much. So much turns out to be 20 miles one way. After that we need to charge $0.50 per additional mile of travel by auto. We are
located in Midtown Baltimore so as an example we will travel to Sparks, White Marsh, and Columbia for free, but Parkton, Aberdeen or Mt. Airy will cost you a few dollars extra.
